Up coming patch consists of a few updates including the item refine system.

Refine Item: refining the player item, player can drag and drop or select a refinable item from inventory.
Magic Scroll: the main refining scroll that is require to do the refining process.
Cost: cost gold. Cost will increase as refined level increased.
Success Chance: starting from 100% from refine lv.0 and decreasing as refine lvl goes up.
Refine Charm: increase bonus, reduce cost, prevent destroy, prevent downgrade.
